Special delivery information for Germany
When sending your parcel to Germany you’ll need to make sure that you’re shipping to an address where there will be someone to receive your parcel. The courier needs to obtain a signature when the parcel is delivered. For this reason our partners are not able to ship to P.O. boxes. There is also has a five-digit postal code system, so be sure to make sure the postal code you supply when booking your delivery with us is correct. It’s also really useful if you include the apartment number, or doorbell number as additional information. The courier making the delivery is not obliged to call the receiver if he/she cannot find the address.
